Special inspectors are third party licensed professional engineers who oversee the construction and sign off of a project. Special inspection agencies are required to be hired by the owner, and are required for every single permitted project in New York City.

We provide all Mechanical related Inspections for the TR-1 form and all Energy Progress Inspections for the TR-8 form as required by the New York City Department of Buildings.
