Project Key Features

The Wyndham Hotel Chinatown, standing at 15 stories tall with 90 keys and approximately 75,000 gross square feet, featured a cutting-edge design with an all-glass curtainwall exterior. To efficiently regulate indoor climate, the hotel utilized rooftop gas-fired absorption chillers, which distributed hot water and chilled water throughout a sophisticated four-pipe system. This system ensured precise temperature control in guest rooms and common areas, optimizing comfort for occupants throughout their stay.

Within the hotel’s infrastructure, guests benefited from a range of amenities strategically integrated into the design. A full-service restaurant, equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, offered guests a diverse culinary experience. Meanwhile, the rooftop social club provided a dynamic space for relaxation and socializing, complete with panoramic views of the surrounding cityscape. These amenities were meticulously planned and executed to enhance the overall guest experience, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to providing top-notch hospitality services in the heart of Chinatown.
