These spaces encompass a large Public Assembly area for performances, as well as specialized rooms such as music rooms, rehearsal rooms, science labs, media centers, theaters, offices, conference rooms, lounges, and nurse rooms. Notably, the building is designed to feature a cafeteria/warming pantry; however, the inclusion of a full kitchen, which would necessitate additional commercial exhaust systems, make-up air systems, and extensive plumbing for commercial kitchen appliances, may incur supplementary fees.
