Project Key Features

This project involved the development of mixed-use buildings on either side of Dyer Avenue at West 35th Street in Manhattan. With a total of 312 new residential units, commercial space, and parking, the project aimed to add much-needed housing and services to this fast-growing neighborhood.

The two luxury condominium towers, totaling 316,000 square feet, featured modern design and high-end amenities. The commercial space on the ground floor provided retail and service options, enhancing the lifestyle of the residents.

GEA provided comprehensive MEP and Fire Protection engineering design services for this development. The HVAC systems implemented were state-of-the-art VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Split Systems, ensuring precise climate control and energy efficiency throughout the residential units and commercial spaces. The electrical systems were designed to support the diverse needs of both residential and commercial areas, while plumbing and fire protection systems were meticulously engineered to meet stringent safety standards. This project exemplified a harmonious integration of luxury living with practical urban amenities, significantly contributing to the revitalization of the West 35th Street area.
