Provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and fire alarm design services for the build-out of the above referenced tenant space on the 32nd Floor. The existing space includes a total of approximately 11,000 Sq. Ft. This included the relocation of their data center and several trading desk areas.
