The project consists of a new 14-story condominium building of approximately ±75,660 gsf housing 47 apartment units in downtown Brooklyn. The building includes two below grade sub-floors housing parking, utility, storage areas and amenity space. There is 5,372 sf of commercial retail space as well as the garage entrance and residential lobby at grade level. All above grade floors 2nd through 14th consist of residential space with the condo units averaging 1,464 sf each.
