Project Key Features

The project entails an extensive overhaul of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to bolster the functionality and safety of the designated area. This initiative encompasses a multifaceted approach, incorporating the installation of several critical systems tailored to address specific needs. A key component of this upgrade is the implementation of a vapor fire suppression system, meticulously engineered to swiftly and effectively combat potential fire hazards. Utilizing advanced technology, this system is designed to mitigate risks and safeguard occupants and assets within the designated area, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum protection in the event of a fire incident.

Additionally, the project includes the deployment of a fresh air/exhaust purge system specifically tailored for the LAN (Local Area Network) Room. This system is essential for maintaining optimal environmental conditions conducive to the efficient operation of sensitive electronic equipment. By regulating the influx of fresh air and expelling stale air, it serves to prevent overheating and ensure the longevity and reliability of vital network components. The meticulous design and implementation of this system are crucial for optimizing the performance and longevity of critical infrastructure within the LAN Room, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing the risk of downtime.

Furthermore, the upgrade project encompasses the integration of sprinkler systems for both the cellar and sub-cellar areas. These systems represent a fundamental precautionary measure against fire hazards, strategically positioned to provide comprehensive coverage and effectively suppress fires. By deploying sprinkler systems in these crucial areas, the project aims to mitigate potential risks to occupants and property, enhancing overall safety and resilience. Additionally, our involvement extends to providing technical assistance in the design phase of the fire alarm system, ensuring seamless integration with other MEP components and regulatory compliance to further bolster safety measures within the upgraded area.
