Project Key Features

The project entailed the comprehensive tenant fit-out (TFO) of approximately 30,000 square feet of a multi-level Footlocker retail space, situated at the specified location. Notably, the entire second floor, previously designated for office use, underwent conversion into retail space to accommodate the expansion of Foot Locker’s retail footprint. As part of the renovation, a new two-level signature lobby was introduced, serving as the primary entry point to the Foot Locker store and featuring an electronic media wall, adding a contemporary touch to the retail environment.

Key aspects of the project included the meticulous planning and execution of the TFO to optimize the utilization of space and enhance the customer experience within the Foot Locker store. The conversion of the second floor into retail space required careful consideration of structural integrity and functional layout to ensure seamless integration with the existing infrastructure. Additionally, the introduction of a new two-level lobby with an electronic media wall served to elevate the store’s aesthetic appeal and create a captivating entry point for customers, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

Throughout the project, emphasis was placed on technical precision and adherence to industry standards to deliver a high-quality retail environment tailored to Foot Locker’s requirements. From the redesign of office space to retail space conversion to the implementation of innovative design elements such as the electronic media wall, GEA executed the TFO with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that Foot Locker’s retail space at the referenced location was equipped to deliver an enhanced shopping experience for customers.
