Project Key Features

The project consisted of the complete fit-out of a vacant tenant space to accommodate a new theme-style restaurant and specialty food market. The total area of the space was approximately 10,000 square feet, spanning grade and basement floors. The design utilized existing base building service and utility provisions where adequate.

GEA provided comprehensive MEP and FP services for the project. This included the design and implementation of systems for dining rooms, a bar, restrooms, kitchen, food preparation and serving areas, and walk-in low-temperature boxes. The MEP design ensured efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation tailored to the unique requirements of a restaurant and food market environment, while also integrating fire protection systems to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.

The fit-out was executed in accordance with tenant requirements and landlord/tenant lease criteria, ensuring all functional needs and aesthetic goals were met. GEA’s expertise in MEP and FP services facilitated the seamless transformation of the vacant space into a fully operational restaurant and specialty food market, highlighting their ability to deliver tailored engineering solutions in complex commercial projects.
