GEA provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm design services for the office renovation of the NYC District Attorney Crime Lab. The forensics laboratory fit-out consisted of 11,300 sq. ft. located on the 4th floor at 80 Centre Street, NYC. The space included testing labs, specimen storage, and office spaces, each requiring distinct climate control and ventilation systems. The project also involved the integration of new equipment with the existing building systems to ensure seamless operation and compliance with all necessary standards.
