GEA provided MEP/FP services for a new ground-up residential building at 77-63 Vleigh Place, encompassing approximately 83,500 gsf across 6 stories including up to 90 apartments, 30% of which are reserved for affordable housing, plus a cellar and sub-cellar. The sub-cellar included parking, while the cellar and ground floors housed community facilities, daycare centers, and retail spaces. The upper floors were designed for residential rental apartments.
The project included a comprehensive MEP/FP fit-out of all tenant amenity areas, such as the lobby, lounges, gym, laundry rooms, and other common spaces. GEA ensured the integration of efficient mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems throughout the building, addressing the specific needs of each space and optimizing overall building performance.
