The project consisted of a 5-story luxury multi-family condominium building with a total area of 50,006 sq. ft. located at the address listed above. The project site included a 4-story existing structure located in a Landmark district. The building preserved the existing façade and either preserved or replaced the existing interior structure, adding a new, setback penthouse structure that was sensitive to the existing surroundings and architecture of the historic West Village district. The building housed three maisonette units, two luxury apartments, and two duplex penthouses, each unit featuring private outdoor space.
