This is a three phase project, with phases 1 and 2 to include parking, retail, and ambulatory surgery and phase 3 to include an 18 story residential tower. Ownership is proposing to include a high end restaurant at the top of the residential tower due to spectacular views of the Bronx Zoo and the Bronx Botanical Gardens.
