Project Key Features

GEA provided comprehensive MEP/FP design services for the development of a new residential building with a total of approximately 138,702 gsf, including one cellar and five floors. The cellar and first floor were designed to accommodate parking, commercial space, and recreational space.

The building, known as The Hamilton, incorporates several key mechanical, electrical, and plumbing features to ensure efficient and sustainable operation. The HVAC systems were designed to provide optimal climate control throughout all residential units and common areas, maintaining comfort for residents year-round. The electrical design included energy-efficient lighting and power distribution systems to reduce overall energy consumption.

For plumbing and fire protection, GEA designed advanced systems to ensure reliable water supply and safety. The building’s plumbing infrastructure included high-efficiency fixtures to conserve water, and the fire protection system featured strategically placed sprinklers and a robust fire pump setup to meet all safety regulations. Additionally, GEA’s design ensured the integration of necessary utility services to support the building’s commercial and recreational spaces on the lower floors.
