The project entailed the development of a prestigious luxury residential condominium in Park Slope, Brooklyn, encompassing 11 stories above grade and one level below grade, totaling approximately 105,000 gross square feet (gsf). GEA provided comprehensive MEP and Fire Protection (FP) services for this development, ensuring all systems were designed to meet the high standards of luxury living.
The first floor accommodated commercial retail spaces and parking facilities, seamlessly integrated with the building’s infrastructure. Select apartments featured private balconies, and two second-story units were designed as duplexes to optimize space utilization and enhance the living experience. Additionally, large amenity spaces were strategically positioned at the rooftop and second-floor setback, offering residents exclusive access to premium leisure and recreational facilities. GEA’s MEP and FP services were integral in delivering efficient and reliable systems, supporting both residential and commercial functionalities.
