GEA provided the comprehensive MEP/FP design for a new seven-story residential building, integrating an advanced air-cooled VRF split system. This building, covering approximately 74,000 gsf, features first-floor commercial/retail space and is known as Waverly Brooklyn. Built by GKV Architects in 2017, it showcases a Bauhaus-inspired facade in Fort Greene, at the intersection of Clinton Hill and Prospect Heights.
The building includes 48 residences ranging from studios to four-bedrooms, featuring contemporary interiors with ample sunlight and city views. The MEP/FP design ensures optimal living conditions, with the air-cooled VRF split system providing efficient heating and cooling tailored to individual units. Full-service amenities include a doorman, resident’s lounge, rooftop terrace, fitness center, bike storage, and automated on-site parking.
