Project Key Features

GEA provided MEP/FP design services for the construction of a new 7-story mixed-use building located at the corner of 22nd Street and 10th Avenue, adjacent to the High Line. The project encompasses a total of approximately 30,000 square feet, including a cellar. The site, which is approximately 4,800 square feet, will see the replacement of four existing buildings with one new structure. Floors 1-2 are designated for retail or gallery space, while floors 3-7 will house residential condominium units.

The building incorporates key architectural features from Park House at 500 West 22nd Street. These features include a sleek, contemporary façade with expansive windows that offer ample natural light and stunning views of the surrounding area. The design seamlessly blends with the artistic and modern character of West Chelsea, creating a visually appealing addition to the neighborhood.

Interior spaces are designed with a focus on luxury and comfort, featuring high ceilings, open floor plans, and high-end finishes. The residential units offer a sophisticated living experience with state-of-the-art amenities and sustainable design elements that enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. The retail and gallery spaces on the lower floors are designed to attract vibrant businesses, adding to the building’s dynamic mixed-use nature and providing convenience for residents.
