The project entailed the construction of a new 8-story mixed-use commercial building, covering a total area of approximately 40,000 square feet. The ground floor was dedicated to lobby space, creating an inviting entry point for visitors, while the second floor was designated for community facility use. The remaining floors accommodated commercial office space, offering tenants a professional and conducive work environment.
In adherence to regulatory standards, an energy model was developed for the base building to ensure compliance with energy efficiency requirements. Additionally, ComCheck reports were provided to tenants to facilitate compliance with Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations. These measures aimed to uphold regulatory standards while promoting sustainability and energy efficiency within the building’s operations.
