Project Key Features

The project involved the renovation and repurposing of an existing 5-story building to develop a dynamic 5-story restaurant, covering approximately 11,150 gsf at the specified address. As part of this endeavor, GEA oversaw the complete fit-out of all areas within the facility to ensure seamless integration and functionality. This entailed collaboration with various design professionals, including kitchen designers, low voltage/audiovisual designers, and interior designers, who contributed their expertise to create a cohesive and engaging dining environment.

Critical to the success of the project was the coordination of design efforts between GEA and the appointed design specialists. Kitchen designers devised layouts and equipment specifications to optimize workflow and efficiency in the culinary space. Meanwhile, low voltage/audiovisual designers focused on integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance the dining experience, from immersive audio systems to state-of-the-art visual displays. Additionally, interior designers crafted the aesthetic ambiance of the restaurant, encompassing everything from furniture selection to decorative lighting design.

To facilitate seamless coordination, GEA collaborated closely with the architect, ensuring that all design elements aligned harmoniously within the overall architectural vision. This collaborative approach was facilitated through coordinated RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plan) plans, enabling effective communication and integration of design elements. By orchestrating the efforts of various design disciplines, GEA successfully delivered a transformed restaurant space that not only met the client’s vision but also exceeded expectations in terms of functionality, aesthetics, and guest experience.
