GEA provided MEP/FP design services for a new 6-story residential building with a possible cellar for mechanical rooms located at the address stated above. The building encompassed approximately 8,720 gsf and featured one residential unit per floor.
The project emphasized environmental sustainability by incorporating high-efficiency systems and green building practices to achieve a high level of energy performance and resource efficiency. While the project did not pursue formal LEED certification, it was designed with a strong focus on green building principles to maximize environmental benefits and operational efficiency.
The design included advanced MEP systems and fire protection features to ensure a modern, high-quality residential space with reduced environmental impact and enhanced operational efficiency.
