Situated in close proximity to the St. James Cathedral Basilica, the 20-story building boasted a range of amenities, including 87 parking spaces for occupants, a party room, fitness center, and a swimming pool located on the 15th floor, offering residents a luxurious living experience.
The strategic location of 22 Chapel Street provided convenient access to various subway lines, including A, B, C, F, Q, R, 2, 3, and 4, enhancing connectivity for residents commuting to and from the building.
