GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services to this unique, 85-unit Buenos Aires-inspired condominium structure. Units will “range from studio to three-bedroom units, with sizes between 400 and 1,350 sq. ft.” In addition to the warm, contemporary design of the interior, the building’s stacking design allows for more apartments to have private outdoor space. Natural light and Manhattan views are the two most central elements in this 8-story residence.
