GEA is providing MEP/FP services for the six-story, 137,510 gsf commercial building at 206 Kent Avenue. Trader Joe’s supermarket will occupy the entire sub-cellar and cellar floor levels. Retail space will occupy the first floor and the entire third floor will open as an outdoor terrace. Floors four through six will consist of office space. A parking garage will be located on the cellar and second floors.
