The project involves developing a luxury 19-story condominium complex at 200 East 20th Street, New York, NY. The development will feature residential units, amenity spaces, and a lobby, totaling approximately 85,000 gross square feet. The aim is to align with high-end, first-class luxury residential condominiums found in New York City.
GEA provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) design services for the new building. GEA received CAD plans for previously completed MEP/FP and low voltage (LV) construction documents. Assuming no significant architectural changes, GEA updated these documents for filing with the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) and for construction purposes.
GEA ensured the MEP/FP systems seamlessly integrated with the luxurious design of the condominium complex, providing state-of-the-art facilities and comfort for future residents. This update aimed to facilitate a smooth approval process and efficient construction, contributing to a high-end residential project consistent with New York City’s luxury living standards.
