GEA provided MEP/FP design services for a new 12-story rental residential building with three cellars, totaling approximately 350,000 gsf, located in Port Chester. The building includes two floors of parking in the lower levels and upper floors dedicated to residential spaces. The project comprises approximately 325 mix-type residential units, with the possibility of an amenity floor offering additional tenant services.
The building’s design features modern architectural elements that complement the surrounding area. Key amenities planned for the residential spaces include a fitness center, resident lounges, and outdoor recreational areas, enhancing the living experience for the residents. The design also incorporates energy-efficient systems and sustainable building practices to reduce operating costs and promote environmental responsibility.
The project includes affordable housing units, providing essential housing options for a diverse range of residents. This integration of affordable housing aims to support the community by offering accessible living spaces while contributing to the area’s revitalization with high-quality rental housing and modern amenities.
