Located atop Central Park, 145 Central Park North is a 75,000 SF, thirteen-story, 37-unit residential condominium. The building housed apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom residences, many with private outdoor spaces offering sweeping views of the park. With a robust amenities package, residents had access to a gym, lounge, and children’s playroom.
GEA provided comprehensive MEP design services for the project, including the implementation of VRF systems and the integration of a generator. The design ensured that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were seamlessly integrated to support the building’s high standards and luxury features. The VRF systems were chosen for their efficiency and ability to provide individualized climate control, while the generator ensured uninterrupted power for essential services.
