GEA was tasked with providing MEP and Fire Protection engineering services for the development of a new 11-story luxury residential condominium, encompassing approximately 85,000 gsf, located at the specified address. The project demanded meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on integrating sophisticated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems seamlessly throughout the structure. GEA’s technical expertise played a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of the building’s infrastructure.
Central to the design was the implementation of an air-cooled split system, carefully selected as the basis for the HVAC framework. This system, chosen for its superior performance and energy efficiency, was tailored to meet the unique heating and cooling requirements of each residential unit across all floors. GEA’s engineers meticulously engineered the system to optimize comfort levels while minimizing energy consumption, ensuring an environmentally sustainable approach to climate control within the condominium.
In addition to the MEP systems, GEA’s scope encompassed the design and implementation of robust Fire Protection measures throughout the building. Through rigorous adherence to industry standards and regulations, GEA ensured that the residential condominium met stringent safety criteria, mitigating fire risks and enhancing overall occupant safety. By leveraging their technical acumen and extensive experience, GEA contributed significantly to the successful completion of the project, delivering a high-quality residential development that prioritized functionality, performance, and safety.
