Kaufman Astoria Studios, will be adding two more soundstages to their century-old campus. Plans have been filed by Gluck + Architecture for a sizable four-story building at 36-02 34th Avenue, across the street from their two main studios. The 84-foot-tall development would hold 88,623 square feet of commercial space and 26,600 square feet of industrial space and will include production studios, a parking garage consisting of 138 parking spaces, office spaces, studio support, a lunch room, and production offices.
