GEA Projects in the News: “The Dime” Nears Its Peak!

“The Dime” is close to topping out! As previously mentioned, GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design and sustainability/LEED services to this 264-foot tall residential tower in Williamsburg! Located behind the historic Dime Savings Bank, the structure sits on a 50,000 sq. ft. site and will span over 350,000 sq. feet! Surely to become a focal point within the neighborhood once complete, the Dime is expected to top out at 23 stories over the next several weeks and construction is estimated to wrap-up around late 2019/early 2020!
