GEA Projects in the News: Renderings Revealed!

The design has been revealed for 145 Central Park North! This 14 story residential building will be one of the few penthouses near the center of Central Park North in Harlem. From the rendering, you can see a bold steel façade that rises up nine stories with the remaining floors setback and covered by a reflective curtain-wall of glass, ultimately rising plenty of stories/towering above its neighbors. GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services to this 62,270 sq. ft. space that will create 24 spacious condominiums at 2,127 sq. ft. apiece. The permits were approved March 1st suggesting imminent construction and completion is expected by spring 2020! Check out the new designs at New York Yimby!
