GEA Projects in the News: Permits filed for Rheingold Affordable Senior Residences at 23 Monteith St in Brooklyn!

Permits have been filed with the DOB for 11-23 Monteith Street. This building will have 3,949 sf of community facility space on the ground floor and 50,923 sf of residential space above. The residential area will be divided between 86 units of affordable senior residences. GEA is providing MEP/FP services to this building.
