GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services at 186 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights! Permits have been pre-filed for a 14-story hotel that will stand 185 feet tall and yield 58,900 square feet. The building will have 37 guest rooms (with floors 11-14 each being occupied by a single hotel room) and there will be eating and drinking establishments on the ground floor, second floor, and floors eight through ten.
