GEA Projects in the News: Permits Filed for 1164 River Avenue

Permits have been filed for a 17-story building at 1164 River Avenue! Located in the Bronx, the site will yield 340,000 sq. ft. which will most likely be used for rentals and retail space. GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services along with commissioning and EGC services to this 181-foot tall structure. See more at NY Yimby.
