GEA Projects in the News: Expansion at 30 East 31st Street!

This project, which is located between Park and Madison Avenues, was originally slated to be a 40-story building with 38 units but, with construction in full-swing, it has expanded to a 42-story tower with 41 units! GEA is providing MEP/FP services to this 88,000 square foot project. Sitting just south of the Midtown skyscrapers, this bright & attractive condominium building is set to be completed in 2019!
