GEA Projects in the News: Excavation at 40 Tenth Avenue “Solar Carve” has begun!

Construction is underway at 40 Tenth Avenue! The excavation process has been moving along quickly, with piling and caissons beginning to appear. GEA is providing MEP/FP/LEED services to this 12-story, 190ft building. The project will contain 116,205 sf of commercial space and has an estimated completion date of 2019.
