GEA Projects in the News: 98 Front Street Construction Comes To A Close!

GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection design and commissioning services to 98 Front Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. This ten story residential building will house many amenities that include: an indoor saltwater swimming pool, a steam room & spa and two fitness centers. There will also be a residential communal lounge, co-working space, 7,000-square-foot outdoor communal rooftop terrace with BBQ stations, three separate outdoor kitchens, a bocce ball court and an outdoor screening area.
