GEA Projects in the News: 80 Adams Street/98 Front St Foundation Underway

Construction update at 80 Adams Street in Dumbo, Brooklyn! As previously stated, GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services to this 10-story residential project. Progress is being made on the foundation which is now being poured and laid with concrete and rebar. Containing nearly 186,000 square feet of interior space, each floor will house between nine-fourteen units and amenities include a swimming pool, recreation room, a roof deck overlooking the Lower Manhattan skyline, and underground parking. The unique stacked box looking exterior is what makes this building so eye-catching and the close proximity to transportation, shopping, and dining is another appealing aspect to buyers.
