GEA Projects in the News: 646 11th Avenue Rises to Its Midpoint.

GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection design and commissioning services to the halfway completed 646 11^th Avenue residential development in Hell’s Kitchen. The 12-story structure includes about 41 apartments with amenities including a bicycle storage, a pet washing station, a resident’s fitness center with a yoga studio, a children’s playroom, a rooftop outdoor swimming pool and roof deck, an outdoor dog run, and a greenhouse. The nearest subways are the A, C, and E trains underneath the Port Authority Bus Terminal and at 50th Street. The entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel is a short drive to the south down Eleventh Avenue.
