GEA Projects in the News: 531-539 Avenue of the Americas – Renderings Revealed

A new rendering has been revealed for 531 Sixth Avenue! As previously stated, GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services to this forthcoming development which will now be 75,000 square feet. Compared to the renderings released in July 2018, the structure’s façade will now incorporate black and grey metal materials. Located in Southern Chelsea, this mixed-use structure will have retail space on the cellar and ground floor levels and residences on the second through twelfth floors. Demolition of the existing property has not yet begun to make way for this cantilevered building and no expected completion date has been officially announced by Gemini Rosemont.
