GEA Projects in the News: 22 Chapel Street’s Superstructure Makes it’s Ascent!

GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection design and commissioning services to 22 Chapel Street in Downtown Brooklyn. This 211ft tall rental building will be 133,181sf with 180 Units. These units will span the third through 20th floors. 2,000sf of ground floor space will house retail, a community facility & bicycle storage for residents. Amenities will include 87 private parking spaces, a residential lounge, party room, fitness center and a children’s playroom.
