GEA Projects in the News: 180 East 88th Approaches It’s Peak!

GEA is providing LEED services to the distinct rising skyscraper at 180 East 88th Street! This tower is currently standing at 27 stories, only four stories shy of the eventual 31 finished floors and it will total 182,530 sq. ft. Primarily for residential use, the completed 523-foot tall building will be the tallest on the Upper East Side above 72nd St.! Expected completion is Fall of 2019. For more, go to NY Yimby.
