GEA Projects in the News: 1164 River Avenue Renderings Revealed!

GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection design and commissioning services to one of the largest forthcoming developments in the South Bronx. 1164 River Avenue is a 274,000 sf building that will consist of 250 rental units & 88,000 sf of lower-level commercial space. The building will top out at 17 stories or 181 ft tall with expected amenities that include storage facilities for 250 bicycles, a laundry room, recreational space & a 200- vehicle parking structure.
