GEA Project in the News: Roulston House comes to life at 94 Ninth Street!

November 1, 2016
Eli Hamway and Industrie Capital have begun converting the warehouses at 94 Ninth Street into office spaces and kicked off leasing for the project. The buildings will consist of 200,000 sf of Class A office space and 70,000 sf of ground floor retail. The developers plan to preserve and restore the property’s exposed brick and heavy wooden beams. The largest of the linked buildings is four stories and features 15- foot ceilings. A single- story warehouse that has 25 foot ceilings and skylights will likely house a restaurant or bar with a private roof deck. There will be added bike storage, shower facilities, common areas, interior lounges and parking. Rents will start around $45 per sf. Industrie Capital is aiming for LEED certified status. GEA has provided MEP/FP & LEED services for these structures. Tenant fit-outs for the office space are expected to start late in 2017.
